This denarius could be a moneyer issue by the moneyer CIPIUS dating to 115-114BC. It shows the helmeted Head of Roma on the obverse whilst the reverse shows Roma sitting on a heap of shields in front of a she-wolf, besides two flying birds. Maybe Sear 225.
