This denarius of Trajan (98-117 AD) shows on the obverse the emperor with bare head facing right.
The obverse legend reads ‘IMP. TRIANO. AVG. GER.DAC.P.M.TR.P.’
The reverse reads ‘COS.V.P.P.S.P.Q.R.OPTIMO PRINC’ with DAC.CAP in the exergue. We believe the coin shows Roma seated left.
