Another big bronze sestertius minted by Vespasian who ruled from AD 69-79. This coin is Sear 2328. The obverse reads IMP CAES VESPASIAN AVG PM TR PPP COSIII.
The reverse reads LIBERTAS PVBLICA SC and shows Libertas standing left holding a pileus and sceptre.
