This reproduction in on a much thicker flan than the original coin.
Minted by Claudius (AD 41-54) and issued between AD 50-54. The obverse reads ‘TI CLAVD CAESAR AVG GERM PM TRIB POT PP’ and shows a laureate head of Claudius facing right.
The reverse reads ‘AGRIPPINAE AVGVSTAE and shows a draped bust of Agrippina Junior facing right, wreathed with corn ears, her hair in a long plait behind. It is Sear 1886.
