This is a commemorative denarius struck after the death of the emperor. It is Sear 1304 and was struck after the death of the emperor by Marcus Aurelius and Lucius Verus.
The obverse shows the emperor bare-headed right with the legend DIVVS ANTONINVS.
The reverse shows a large altar and the legend DIVO PIO.
