This is a big bronze coins minted for the emperor Antoninus Pius. The obverse legend reads ‘ANTONINVS AVG PIVS PP TR P COS III’
The reverse reads ‘GENIO SENATVS SC’ and shows Genius of the Senate holding a branch and a sceptre.
