No 49 Roman Sestertius of Faustina
Obverse shows the head of the empress facing right.
The obverse legend DIVA AVGVSTA FAUSTINA is fine for a Sestertius and she did have a few coins with a goddess (usually Pietas or Vesta) facing left and placing something in an altar . But ,I can't find one that I feel is an exact match . Here's one that's similar ...
