This very rare sestertius is a mule of two very rare coins.
The reerse is that of Sear 1827 with the legend SPQR MEMORIAE AGRIPPINAE and showing a carpentium drawn left by two mules.
However the obverse reads AGRIPPINA MF GERMANICI CAESARIS, the same obverse as Sear 1906 issued by Claudius in honour of his dead sister-in-law.
Note: This reproduction has a thicker flan than the original coin.
