This is an Bronze Ae3 (19mm) diameter minted on behalf of Flavia Maxima Fausta, daughter of Maximianus and wife of Constantine. It dates to about 330-340 AD and was minted in Trier.
On the obverse the legend reads FLAV MAX FAVSTA AVG and shows a draped bust facing right.
The reverse shows Fausta standing facing, holding Constantine II and Constantius II. The legend reads SALUS REPUBLICAE. In the exergue are the letters STR. Condition is VF.
