A Middle Bronze Age cast copper-alloy looped palstave axehead (c. 1400 - c. 1150 BC). It has a narrow square butt, low tapering flanges, slight lip on the stop-ridge with a complete loop adjoining. This leads down to narrow body divided by single midrib finishing with a slightly flared blade
