This is a reproduction of a ‘Eisu’ gold stater minted by the Dobunni, a Cotswold tribe which ranged from Worcestershire to Wiltshire. It shows a branched emblem on a plain field/disjointed horse right, Eisu above, 6-spoked wheel below. Van Arsdell 1105, EF/VF, as struck, with unblemished satin-smooth surfaces.
