Once again we have been given the opportunity to copy an artefact of the highest order. This wonderful piece measures 4.75” in length and is 1.5” wide at its widest point.
This key, probably used to lock a church chest or door, is dated to the 15th century and is extremely ornate and in wonderful condition. We are awaiting a museum report on it and will publish full details when we receive them.
