This is one of the later varieties of Series E which have not been classified into any sort of order as they are legion. It’s similar to Metcalf 236, one of the types found in the Kloster Barthe hoard. It would have been struck a little after 700 AD, in the Rhinemouth area, possibly Dorestadt.
The coin is of the porcupine type
