This is an another example of a Secondary sceatta. It is of Metcalf Series J, Type 37 minted circa 710 - 760 AD.
The obverse shows two facing heads with trident between. The reverse shows a central cross surrounded by circles towards the rim of the coin which is edged by two rings of pellets. It is Seaby 792.
