This full Celtic gold stater was minted by the Dobunni tribe whose heartland lay in the Cotswolds covering Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Avon, and stretching into Somerset, parts of Wiltshire and Oxfordshire. It is VA 1105.
On the obverse it shows a rib cage design whilst the reverse shows a disjointed, three-tailed horse facing right with the words EISV above. The horse has a wheel below and stars about.
